DRIC Bridge Is Now A 2015 Bridge

The truth is finally coming out. It is not a surprise to me because I have been Blogging this border story for years. But it still makes me furious

Now we know that there is no traffic justification for a DRIC bridge, if there ever was.

Now we know that the P3 market collapse means there is no money for a DRIC Road or Bridge, if there ever was.

Now we know how the people of Delray feel after being promised the moon and the stars.

It was all a farce but it will hurt the hundreds of thousands of people who have been praying for an economic boost that will not be coming now in the near term.

Now we know why we had the story of "unprecedented investments" in municipal infrastructure” from the Mayor without details.

Now we know why we still have the story of building a canal even though the project met few of the Government criteria and the deadline was missed.

It ought to make your stomach turn to understand how we are being played by Governments, politicians and bureaucrats. It does mine.
